Im also Pre&Post Natal Specialist  and soon to be mama .

I work with women over 12 years and my approach to the training and diet  has changed a lot during that time. I have been studying more and more about women's health and understood how many advices in fitness industry is not actually serving us - women, our hormones, fertility and mental health.
