Through years of studying, trying, falling, searching, learning more and trying again I developed my own approach to training and nutrition that is both enjoyable and sustainable. I was able to create and maintain the shape that I desired - strong, and yet feminine and sexy-  and I know for sure I can help you to create the body you dream about.

And as a bonus I can promise you...if you hung out with me long enough, I'll brainwash you into believing in Yourself and knowing you are amazing, powerful woman and you can achieve anything :) â€‹

In my 20 years fitness journey I have seen many of diets and exercise fads come and go. That's why, I don't fallow fads. Instead I will teach you doable daily actions that are designed to fit into a busy lifestyle. Which means I will help you to make nutrition and training a part of your life, without taking it over.
